ORDERS- Please provide your name, company name, address/email, and phone number (if applicable).
CONTRACT - Once your deposit has been paid, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and it is now being processed.
ORDER FORM - The contract starts as soon as it is signed. You have 24 hours to make changes without any additional charges.
MEASUREMENTS - When providing your own measurements, it is crucial to ensure that they are accurate and correct. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for made-to-measure items if the measurements were inaccurately supplied by you. Any necessary remakes will incur charges at the full rate of the blinds at the time of reorder, and we will not be responsible for any price adjustments.
Any incorrect measurements taken by the company will not incur any charges for the production of blinds, shutters, or any other product that we measure and supply.
FABRICS - Please ensure that your own fabric is accompanied by your Name, company name, and address to ensure accurate booking against your order. It is important that the fabric is clearly marked and supplied on a roll to avoid creases.
GOODS - The products must meet satisfactory quality standards and be suitable for their intended purpose as described. Please note that the images of the products shown in our sales materials or online are for illustrative purposes only, and we cannot ensure that the printed or computer-displayed images accurately reflect the color of the actual goods. from our samples, you will be able to see the fabric and how it will look. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for minor differences due to variations in batch codes, printing, or embroidery.Additionally, our packaging may vary.
INSTALLATION - The installation price was determined based on the assumption that:
- There will be one visit required
- There are no external obstructions on your property and any permit parking is arranged by you
- There are no obstructions where the goods are to be fitted
- There is no asbestos present that we would encounter, and that no items under warranties/guarantees will be invalidated by the installation
- We are not liable for any loss or damage to your property that is not foreseeable, unless due to our negligence, or for the cost of repairing any pre-existing faults to your property, or for any damage discovered during the installation
- We will not be responsible for carrying out any building work, moving furniture, clearing access, or invalidation of any warranties not disclosed to us in writing before placing your order
- Additional charges may apply for extra time, costs, or materials if these conditions are not met.
SERVICES - If we agree to provide a service for you, we guarantee that it will be carried out with care and expertise. In the event that we are unable to complete the work we have quoted for, we will promptly contact you to discuss alternative options. Any issues with an order, regardless of fault, must be reported within seven days of receiving the order. After this period, charges may apply for any necessary corrections that are not our responsibility. The Company will not be liable for charges incurred if the Customer seeks corrections from another company. The Customer will be held accountable for the original invoice. We retain the right to impose a minimum fee of £50.00+VAT for repairing accidental damage not caused by our Company. If there are delays in deliveries exceeding 21 days from the pre-agreed dates, we will inform you accordingly.
GUARANTEE - The Order Confirmation or Invoice will display the specifics of any guarantee accompanying the goods/services you bought. All guarantees are effective from the date of product installation.
ACCESS - In the event that we have mutually agreed to install the merchandise for you, it is imperative that you grant us access to the premises unless you have a valid reason for denying it. Failure to do so may result in us charging you additional reasonable expenses that we have incurred. Moreover, if we are unable to reach you or arrange access to the premises despite our best efforts, we reserve the right to terminate the contract. In such a case, you will be held responsible for paying us an amount up to the price specified in the contract.
PRICE - The order form provides a comprehensive breakdown of the price for goods/services, inclusive of VAT. Payments should be made according to the instructions specified in the order form and will not be charged to your debit/credit card until the goods are dispatched/installed. Any deposit made by you will be subtracted from the final payment.
FURTHER CHARGES- In the event that you have requested installation services from our company, it is important to note that there may be additional charges incurred if unforeseen circumstances arise. We will inform you in written form and will also reach out through email or phone calls to collect any outstanding invoice amounts. If we do not receive any responses, we will be compelled to involve debt collection agencies in order to recover the costs.
DELIVERY- The price includes the cost of delivery and installation, if applicable. In the event that we are delivering the goods to you, we will do so within 30 days unless a different date is agreed upon. If you are not available to receive the delivery, we will leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule. Failure to reschedule or collect the goods within a reasonable time may result in additional charges for storage and further delivery. If we are unable to reach you for redelivery or collection within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to terminate the contract and you will be responsible for paying the full price as stated in the contract.
DELAY OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL - In the event that a delay in delivery or installation occurs due to circumstances beyond our control, we will promptly notify you and make every effort to mitigate the impact of the delay. As long as we fulfill this obligation, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the unforeseen event, as long as the goods are ultimately provided within a reasonable timeframe.
CHILD SAFETY DEVICES - If the products include any safety devices and/or need to be installed in compliance with child safety regulations, which obligates all businesses to provide and professionally install secure products, then we will have to install those devices. If you request us not to install the safety devices, we will decline to install the products. In this case, you will still be responsible for paying the entire price and signing a waiver.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL - You are not entitled to cancel goods that have been customized or made to your specifications. This includes items that have been tailored to fit, cut to size, ordered fabric, and components designed according to your personal preferences, as well as any goods purchased in-store. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015 state that bespoke quotations are exempt from cancellation rights in the UK. Therefore, customers cannot receive a refund for bespoke and customized goods if they decide to cancel and return them. However, you may cancel your order if we are unable to provide you with discontinued or deleted items. In such cases, we can refund your deposit payment through the original payment method if no costs have been incurred. If you choose to cancel without a valid reason, we will not refund your deposit to cover the expenses we have already paid. To cancel goods, you must notify us by letter or email within the 24 hour period. We will then proceed with a refund for the canceled goods. After the 24-hour period, your order will be sent to the manufacturer. In the event that your order has not yet progressed through the production stage, you may be eligible for a refund.
OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL - If you decline to settle the remaining balance for the blinds or any other product purchased, we reserve the authority to cancel and terminate the contract. In such a scenario, the installed product will be uninstalled, and you will be held responsible for settling the remaining balance.f your order is accepted and processed and a pricing error that is obvious, unmistakable and could have been recognised by you as being so occurs, we reserve the right to terminate the contract and refund any sum of money you have paid to us.
LIABILITY - In the event that we do not adhere to these terms, we will be held accountable for any loss or damage that you experience as a direct consequence of our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that could not have been reasonably anticipated, unless it is a result of our negligence. Loss or damage is considered foreseeable if it is either evident that it will occur or if both parties were aware of the possibility at the time of placing the order, such as through prior discussion.
THIRD PARTIES - The agreement is exclusively between you and us. No other individual shall possess any entitlements to enforce any of its provisions.
